Lovable vs Bolt vs v0
For a waitlist page that saves emails, Lovable is the pick for most people. Bolt.new is the one if you want the code in the browser. v0 is the one if the UI is the job and you will add a database yourself.
Honest pick for that build: Lovable.
These three are the tools in issue 0, written for a waitlist page that saves emails. Prices were checked October 14, 2026. A price that was not checked on an official page stays TBD. Cursor was not picked for that waitlist, and this page does not print a Cursor price.

Who each tool is for
Lovable
The waitlist, if you want the form to save emails without a separate database project.
Bolt.new
The same waitlist, if you want the code. Free sites carry Bolt branding, and custom domains are Pro only.
v0 by Vercel
The page design, if you will wire up storage yourself. v0 deploys to Vercel and syncs with GitHub.
Honest downsides
- Lovable. 30 credits a month runs out fast if you iterate a lot. Daily credits do not roll over, and on Free you hit the monthly cap after about 6 days of full use.
- Bolt.new. The bigger your project, the more tokens each message burns. Free sites carry Bolt branding, and custom domains are Pro only.
- v0 by Vercel. 7 messages a day goes quick, and it is built for UI first. Plan on wiring up a database yourself to save emails.
Questions
Which one is cheaper?
There is no single cheapest, because the free tiers are not the same unit. Lovable counts build credits, Bolt counts tokens, and v0 counts messages. Paid: Lovable, Pro starts at $25 a month for 100 credits. Checked October 14, 2026 on https://docs.lovable.dev/introduction/subscription-plans (opens in a new tab). Bolt, Pro is $25 a month, starting at 10M tokens a month with no daily cap. Unused tokens roll over a month. Checked October 14, 2026 on https://bolt.new/pricing (opens in a new tab). v0, $30 per user a month, with $30 in monthly credits plus $2 in daily login credits. Business is $100 per user a month. Checked October 14, 2026 on https://v0.app/pricing (opens in a new tab).
Which one saves emails for you?
Lovable. Issue 0 picks it because it handles the database. v0 is UI first, so plan on your own database. Bolt.new is the code-first option.
Which free plan includes a custom domain?
Not Lovable, and not Bolt. Lovable custom domains need Pro. Bolt custom domains are Pro only. This page does not state a v0 custom-domain rule, because issue 0 did not confirm one.
Where do the numbers come from?
The official pages linked in the table, checked October 14, 2026. If a number is missing, it stays TBD.
