The short version
Build Stack Weekly is a free newsletter. If you subscribe, I get your email address so I can send you the Tuesday letter. I do not sell it.
Who runs this
Diego Vallota runs Build Stack Weekly. The site is https://buildstackweekly.com (opens in a new tab). The letter is sent with beehiiv: https://buildstackweekly.beehiiv.com (opens in a new tab)
What the site collects
The signup form collects your email address. It does not ask for your name. A hidden extra field is there for bots. If that field is filled in, the signup is ignored.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It does not use cookies and it does not build a profile of you. Hosting logs may include an IP address and a browser string as part of running the site. I do not use those logs to identify you.
Why
To send the newsletter, to know the signup worked, and to see which pages get visits.
Who else handles it
beehiiv stores subscriber emails and sends the mail. Their site is https://www.beehiiv.com (opens in a new tab)
Vercel hosts this website and provides the analytics. Their site is https://vercel.com (opens in a new tab)
Your email is not passed to sponsors. There is no ad network on this site.
How long it stays
Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe, or until I delete it.
Unsubscribe
Every email will include an unsubscribe link once the letter is sending. You can also manage the subscription on beehiiv: https://buildstackweekly.beehiiv.com/subscribe (opens in a new tab)
Links in the letter
This site does not claim any affiliate relationships. If a future issue uses an affiliate link, that issue will say so in the text. That note is about the link. It is not permission to sell your email.
Kids
This site is not for children.
